I just bought my first eReader, the KOBO.
While I cannot imagine giving up real paper and ink books for settling in on the sofa, I really love this little device for reading on the go. It fits into my purse, weighs next to nothing, and is easy on the eyes. My only issue so far has been the USB plug, which was difficult to plug into the reader the first time. It does take a bit of force to get it in and I was nervous to break my new toy.
And of course I had to buy a book right away to see how it all works. So I downloaded an inexpensive thriller, Think of A Number, as a test. As easy as can be.
Now I'm curious to see for how long the battery will last. Anyone out there have some experiences to share with their eReaders? Like it? Or maybe not? Have an IPad for comparison? I'd love to know - this is a whole new world for me!
